Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing
All orders for in-stock items are processed within seven business days. Orders containing pre-ordered or out-of-stock items will not be processed until all items become available..

Change of Address
Comic Knight must be informed of any change of address at info@comicknight.com prior to the customer’s receipt of a processing notification. Comic Knight is not responsible for parcels shipped to outdated addresses.  Returned parcels may be subject to additional shipping fees if they are to be sent to a new address. Canadian customers can learn more about mail forward here, and U.S. customers can learn more here.

 Customs, Duties, Taxes and Fees
Comic Knight is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or other fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Mail and Lost Packages
Comic Knight is not responsible for missing or lost packages. In the rare case that a packing is missing, please contact us at info@comicknight.com.

Shipping Damage
Comic Knight is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Canadian, U.S. and International Damages/Return policy

Comic Knight takes great care in packaging your purchase so that it will arrive at your home in the same condition as is it was when it was prepared for shipping. Customers who receive damaged products must inform Comic Knight by email within 48 hours of receiving the products, and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Refund / Return Policy
All sales are final once the order has shipped. Returns accepted at our discretion. All Pre-Orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

Refusal Policy
Comic Knight reserves the right to cancel and refund any order.
